Denodo platform developer

We are looking for an experienced Denodo Platform Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data virtualization using Denodo and a solid understanding of data integration, performance optimization, and enterprise data architecture.

Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Denodo Platform (Data Virtualization)
• Good understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts
• Experience working with multiple data sources (RDBMS, APIs, cloud data platforms)
• Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization in Denodo
• Familiarity with data governance and security practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data virtualization solutions using the Denodo platform
• Build and optimize data services, views, and data models for business consumption
• Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Ensure high performance and scalability of Denodo-based solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve data performance and connectivity issues
• Implement security, governance, and best practices within the Denodo platform
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases
