Associate Relationship Manager

A global financial services and trading platform is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join its Sydney team.
This is a broad client-facing role sitting across platform, wealth and institutional channels, supporting a sophisticated client base including advisers, HNW investors, family offices, intermediaries and institutional clients.
The position sits at the intersection of relationship management, platform engagement and commercial growth. Alongside managing and supporting existing relationships, the successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, increase platform usage and contribute to broader revenue growth initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience in financial services looking to step into a more commercial, front-office relationship role within a growing global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships across wealth, platform and institutional client segments
- Support on-boarding, platform engagement and ongoing client servicing
- Work closely with senior relationship managers and sales teams to identify growth and up sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct client reviews and assist in driving account activity, retention and reactivation
- Partner with clients on platform functionality, products and market-related queries
- Assist with client education initiatives, events and relationship-building activities
- Liaise internally across sales, trading, operations and support teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Help clients maximise platform usage and adoption across available products and services
About You
- 2-3 years' experience within financial services, wealth management, platforms, broking, markets or investment-related environments
- Prior client-facing or relationship management exposure is essential
- Commercial mindset with confidence identifying opportunities to grow client relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable speaking with advisers, HNW clients and institutional investors
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Interest in investments, markets and financial products
