This particular Partners are extremely busy and value having a capable secretary who likes to stay one step ahead. Busy, yes, but without being chaotic, making it well suited to someone who enjoys a steady workflow, strong processes and being relied upon day to day.

The Role and Duties

Supporting two Partners and a team specialising in Health Law, your duties will include:

• Drafting correspondence, court documents, briefs and legal documentation

• Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and other external parties

• Diary and inbox management

• Monthly billing and client reporting

• File management, archiving and electronic filing

• Preparing court filings and documentation

• General administrative and team support duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Insurance or Litigation

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy environment

• A proactive and reliable attitude

• Strong communication skills and a professional manner

• Experience with billing systems such as Aderant will be highly regarded
