Technical Lead

We are hiring Technical Lead – Enterprise Integration & Data Platforms (Salesforce and Kafka) for our NSW Government client.

Contract Duration – 6 months

Work Location - Sydney, NSW

Visa Status - Full work rights

Mandatory Experience

• Strong experience in Enterprise Integration, Data Platforms, and Event-Driven Architecture. )Experience across Salesforce, Snowflake, and Kafka)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka / Confluent Cloud, API integrations, Event Streaming, and CDC Connectors.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery across complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong Agile delivery experience including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Jira Management, and Dependency Tracking.
• Experience coordinating with Architects, Developers, QA/Test Teams, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders.
• Ability to manage technical risks, blockers, environment readiness, integration testing, and delivery governance.
• Strong understanding of Solution Design, Integration Patterns, and Enterprise Architecture alignment.
