Earlytrade is currently expanding the Inside Sales team in Australia and is seeking graduates to join their fast-paced and collaborative team.

Earlytrade is a fast-growing Construction Tech company specialising in cash flow solutions for head contractors and subcontractors. Our mission is to become the largest provider of cash flow solutions to the global construction sector.

Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Earlytrade, you will support customer growth and engagement across the platform. The role focuses on B2B outbound outreach, onboarding new customers, and helping them understand how to better manage their working capital.

You will build and manage a portfolio of customers, maintaining regular contact and developing strong relationships. You’ll also act as a point of contact for customers, providing guidance on early payment options and identifying opportunities to increase usage.

This role is suited to someone looking to develop core sales skills in a fast-paced fintech environment, with clear exposure to customer engagement, pipeline management, and commercial decision-making.

The role is full-time hybrid, with three days in the office.

  • Is motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong communication skills and is comfortable with outbound outreach
  • Shows an interest in sales, fintech, or working with SMEs
  • Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments
  • Works well in a team and contributes to a positive, collaborative culture
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required
