Role Description

TravelFlap is seeking a Chief LLM Architect AI Engineer for a full-time, on-site position at our Jaipur location. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced language models, analyzing AI trends, and implementing cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning solutions. The selected candidate will lead engineering teams, collaborate across departments to innovate AI-based travel technologies, and play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing architectural design for AI-driven systems, working on data optimization strategies, and ensuring scalability and system reliability.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in designing and developing advanced language models, NLP frameworks, and transformer-based systems

Proficiency in machine learning, data science, and statistical modeling

Experience with AI architecture design, implementation, and optimization

Proficient programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI development tools

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage large-scale projects

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed computing systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields

10+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role

Experience in the travel and tourism industry or with SaaS products is an advantage
