That's why ambassadors and content creators are such a critical piece of what we do for our brands - and why we're adding a new full-time role to the West End team to give that side of the business the focus it deserves.
We're looking for someone to take over our existing relationships with the content creators who grow and inspire communities in fishing, 4x4, and the outdoors - and to identify the next wave coming through.
You'll also manage our internal content creator database, keeping it updated as a playbook our team and brands can draw on for their own initiatives.
As someone who loves a good doom scroll, you're naturally across the latest trends - and you'll develop a sharp instinct for the short and long-term cultural shifts that make niche outdoor communities feel at home. That instinct will shape our brands' organic social presence, while keeping it aligned to each brand's broader social media strategy.

Social Media & Partnerships Manager
We're looking for someone to take ownership of a subsection of our social media accounts, and ambassador partnerships. One person, two connected pillars, a lot of room to make it your own.
Who we work with
Fun, outdoor and lifestyle brands - spearfishing, scuba, surfing, 4x4, fishing, motorbikes, and other hobbies. The audiences are genuinely passionate about what they do, which makes the content side of this role a lot more fun than flogging widgets on Facebook.
What you'll do
On social, you'll manage a subsection of our brands' accounts end-to-end. That means staying across what's actually working on each platform (algorithm shifts, format changes, trends worth jumping on vs. trends worth ignoring), and briefing our in-house creative team to make original content that performs. You're not making the content yourself - we've got five designers, videographers, a video editor and an ambassador roster for that - but you know what good looks like and you can brief it clearly.
On partnerships, you'll run our ambassador program across a selection of our brands. At the moment, we onboard and manage a lot of the same ambassadors across different brands, but the relationships sit with different people on our team. We want to bring this under one roof (it's you, you're the roof!).
You'll identify new ambassadors and creators worth working with, handle onboarding, and build the kind of relationships where people genuinely want to create for us. You'll be the person ambassadors call when they have an idea, a question, or want to do more with us.
Who you are
You'll come in with a few years of relevant experience - managing brand social accounts, working with creators or ambassadors, briefing creative teams. You don't need to have done all of it at the level we're after, but you need the instincts and the track record to back yourself.
You get how each platform actually works. You're organised enough to juggle multiple brands and partnerships without dropping balls. You can have a real conversation with a creator and build a relationship that lasts longer than one campaign. And you're commercial enough to know when a partnership is worth investing in and when it's not.
What we don't believe in
A few things worth knowing upfront, because we're a bit different:
No contracts with our brands - they stay because they want to. No sales targets for our team - your job is to do great work, not hit revenue numbers for Devote. No up-selling or "that's out of scope" games. No 300-client roster - we work with around 30 brands so we can actually do great work for each of them. And no working with brands we don't love.
