Draftsperson

Bluestone are partnered with a well-established Australian-owned residential builder, recognised for delivering award-winning homes across both metro and regional Victoria.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Production Draftsperson to join their collaborative and high-performing team. This role will suit a detail-oriented drafter with strong Revit capability and a solid understanding of residential construction documentation.

The Role

This role is responsible for producing accurate and detailed production documentation for a range of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production drawings and documentation using Revit
• Produce accurate construction documentation to a high standard
• Manage and complete variations and drawing amendments efficiently
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants and external stakeholders
• Ensure documentation complies with relevant building codes and regulations
• Maintain accuracy, quality and consistency across all project documentation

About You

• Previous experience as a Production Draftsperson within residential construction
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Sound understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
• Strong knowledge of NCC, ResCode and Victorian building requirements
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
