We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the creative team at Little & Large Events.

At Little & Large, we design and deliver unique events across shopping centres, retail & corporate environments as well as brand activations and beyond.

The Role

As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative direction of projects, from the initial concept through to final execution. You’ll work closely with our creative director, sales team and production crew to bring ideas to life across physical spaces, campaigns, and branded environments.This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and the detail required to execute projects at scale.

You’ll also help mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining a strong creative standard across the studio.

What You'll Be Doing

1.Creative Leadership

• Leading concept development across campaigns, activations and event designs

• Creating compelling visual concepts, moodboards and creative presentations

• Helping shape the visual direction of projects across branding, environments and installation.

2.Design and Execution

• Designing across event branding, signage, displays, and experiential environments

• Preparing production-ready artwork to scale and specification

• Developing visualisations including renders, floor plans and spatial layouts

• Translating creative ideas into practical buildable outcomes

3.Collaboration

• Working closely with sales and production to consider materials and finishes

• Supporting and mentoring junior designers

• Contributing ideas to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5 + years experience in a design studio, creative agency or experiential environment

• Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent eye for layout, typography and brand identity

• Experience preparing artwork for large-scale print, signage and production

• Ability to confidently lead creative concepts and present ideas

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced studio

Bonus skills

• 3D or spatial visualisation (SketchUp, Illustrator, or similar)

• Experience with experiential, event or retail environment design
