The role

  • We’re seeking an Information Management Team Leader for a permanent full-time role. In this position, you will lead and support the team to deliver efficient day-to-day operations and foster a positive team culture
  • You will oversee rostering, monitor team performance, and work collaboratively to maintain effective processes and deliver strong organisational outcomes.

About You

You are a positive and capable leader with strong people management skills and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. You bring a practical, hands-on approach and are confident balancing day-to-day operations with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

You communicate effectively, build strong working relationships, and apply sound judgement to problem-solving. You take an active role in building team capability and fostering a collaborative, engaged and high-performing team culture.

Experience in Information Management, or a strong interest in developing capability in this area, will be highly regarded. A genuine interest in accurate, efficient information practices and a commitment to service excellence will see you succeed in this role.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience coordinating and leading teams in a diverse customer service and/or information management environment.
  • Experience in motivating and coaching high performance teams and supporting a positive and constructive team culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and make recommendations on remedial action.
  • Ability to plan, monitor, evaluate the performance of team members and support career progression.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor adherence to health and safety policies and procedures within a team environment.
