We’re Looking For

Two proactive and people focused Team Assistants to join our VIC Masterplanned Communities development teams. Created through internal promotions and career progression opportunities, these roles play a key part in supporting seamless operations and strengthening a collaborative, high performing team culture.

What You’ll Do

As the VIC MPC Team Assistant, you will provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the project team and manager within our Victorian Masterplanned Communities business. This employee role sits within the Development function and places the team’s needs at the forefront, ensuring seamless coordination, open communication and a shared commitment to collective success.

You will coordinate day to day administration, support meetings and events, manage invoices and office processes, and be a welcoming point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. By keeping the team organised, informed and supported, this role directly contributes to Stockland’s reputation, culture and the successful delivery of our communities.

Experience & Skills That Count

  • Experience providing administrative support in a busy team environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications for document preparation, diary and email management
  • Confidence coordinating meetings, events, invoices and office processes
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion and attention to detail
