Delivery Manager

This is a hands-on Delivery Manager role responsible for leading end-to-end software implementations across multiple customer accounts. You will work closely with customers, delivery teams and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes across scope, budget, timelines and delivery quality.

The role combines customer-facing delivery leadership with strong commercial ownership and stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS platform implementations across enterprise customers
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and delivery streams
• Own project outcomes across scope, timelines, budget and customer satisfaction
• Build strong commercial relationships with customers and external stakeholders
• Lead project planning, estimation, scheduling and delivery governance
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and escalations
• Work closely with product, engineering and consulting teams throughout delivery
• Support pre-sales activities including workshops, scoping and solution discussions
• Manage delivery reporting, forecasting and invoicing activities
• Mentor and support project team members across delivery activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery practices and frameworks

What you'll bring

• Experience delivering complex SaaS or software implementation projects
• Strong external client-facing delivery experience
• Experience managing large or complex technology projects end-to-end
• Strong commercial awareness across project delivery
• Experience operating across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within software development or consulting environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery risks effectively

Nice to have

• Experience delivering configurable platforms or ERP-style systems
• Experience in insurance or regulated industries
• Consulting or professional services background
