Who we’re looking for?
- Recently completed or near-completed tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline (essential)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and develop practical insights
- Strong creative and marketing capability, with the ability to design and deliver high-quality marketing initiatives (e.g. leasing IMs, brochures and EDMs), supported by advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
The role
This is a varied role that combines data analysis with team support and coordination. As an Analyst & Department Coordinator our Office Leasing team based in Brisbane CBD, you’ll help support business development, provide insights through data, and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver market research, data analysis, and reporting to support our office leasing team
- Provide end-to-end coordination support to the team including documentation, meetings, travel, and team operations
- Support and execute property marketing campaigns, listings, and promotional activity
- Assist with business development through submissions, client materials, and opportunity tracking
- Build strong relationships with our office leasing team while ensuring accurate data management, invoicing, and overall team efficiency
