We are looking for a part-time

Guest Relations Attendant to join our Front Office team and help lead the way in creating memorable guest experiences! Join us here at Hyatt in the journey of making travel more human, connected, and sustainable. Here, everyone's role matters, and your individuality is celebrated.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
• Service guest room mini-bars on a daily basis according to established schedules and procedures.
• Maintain strict control of mini-bar stock, trolleys and keys
• Prepare and deliver VIP amenities, special occasion amenities and guest welcome amenities to guestrooms in accordance with hotel standards
• Support the Concierge and Front Office teams with guest requests and operational requirements
• Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
• Have the ability to work autonomously in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
• High level of communication
• High level of grooming and personal presentation
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
• Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded
• Legal working rights in Australia
