The Opportunity

As Manager - Business Services you’ll take the lead on a diverse group of clients, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to for both compliance and strategic guidance. While you’ll ensure high-quality accounting and tax work is delivered, your impact will go further - partnering with senior leaders and Partners on tax planning, advisory projects and more complex, value-adding client work.

This is a role that blends technical depth with commercial thinking. You’ll spot opportunities, navigate challenges, and help clients make better business decisions - not just meet their obligations.

Within the team, you’ll step into a visible leadership role. You’ll review work, guide workflow and bring structure to delivery - but more importantly, you’ll offer coaching and feedback and help develop a high-performing, collaborative team around you.

You’ll also have a seat at the table when it comes to growth - contributing to business development, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services.

What You Bring

You’re already working in public practice and comfortable managing compliance work across a range of entities. You enjoy being organised, delivering accurate work, and building steady, professional relationships with your clients.

You'll bring a CA or CPA qualification, along with three to five years of Business Services experience and ideally some mentoring exposure. You’re confident using systems like Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, and have a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.

You’re also someone who contributes positively to a team - reliable, approachable and willing to support those around you while continuing to learn yourself.
