Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive strategic initiatives, deliver impactful solutions, and support business transformation programs.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle across multiple projects
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements (functional & non-functional)
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure aligned delivery
• Identify process improvements and optimisation opportunities
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including senior-level responsibilities
• Proven experience delivering complex projects (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with requirements documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
• Ability to model business processes (BPMN or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in financial services, banking, or similar industries (preferred)
