Physiotherapist
Proactive Health
Proactive Health is a national ecosystem of over 40 allied health businesses across 450+ locations in Australia. We unite independent clinic owners under a shared commitment to clinical excellence — providing the governance, development infrastructure, and operational support of a large network while preserving the personalised, community-driven care that smaller practices do best.
Our clinics operate as genuine multidisciplinary teams. Physiotherapists work alongside exercise physiologists, podiatrists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers — not just sharing a building, but actively coordinating care and learning from each other every day.
We service clients across DVA, Medicare (EPC), NDIS, Home Care Packages, private health, and workers' compensation — giving our physiotherapists one of the most diverse and clinically rich caseloads in the profession.
About This Clinic — Caboolture
Caboolture sits in the Moreton Bay region, roughly forty-five minutes north of Brisbane CBD. It's a growing community that offers a more affordable, family-friendly alternative to inner-city living while still maintaining easy access to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Glass House Mountains. The area's population is expanding rapidly, and with that growth comes a genuine need for quality physiotherapy services.
The clinic services Caboolture, Morayfield, and the surrounding Moreton Bay suburbs. Your caseload will include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, DVA veterans, NDIS participants, and aged care clients. The demographic is broad — working families, tradies, retirees, and NDIS participants — giving you genuine clinical variety within a single location.
Liz Dawson leads this clinic with a genuine focus on team wellbeing and clinical quality. Liz's approach is nurturing yet professionally rigorous — she creates environments where clinicians feel supported to take on complex cases, develop their clinical interests, and build sustainable careers. For a physio looking to work in a growth corridor with strong patient demand, a supportive team culture, and a lifestyle that balances metro access with regional affordability, Caboolture is a role that ticks a lot of boxes.
