We are now seeking a Data & Integration Specialist to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact transformation program and play a critical role in shaping how data drives decisions across the organisation.

Why this Role Matters;

Reporting to the IT Project Manager Operations, you to lead data migration, integration, and reporting across our enterprise transformation.

You’ll ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across HR, Payroll, Workforce, Finance, and Clinical systems—helping us deliver a successful go-live with confidence.

This role will sit within the transformation program (IT PMO) initially and transition into a BAU BI/Data function post go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing

Data Migration & Quality

  • Lead data migration across HR, Payroll, Workforce, and Finance systems
  • Cleanse, validate, and reconcile complex datasets
  • Develop data mappings, transformation logic, and migration artefacts
  • Ensure auditability, data lineage, and governance standards

Integration & Data Engineering

  • Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and near real-time)
  • Deliver integrations across HRIS, Finance, Workforce, and reporting platforms
  • Work with Azure Integration Services (Data Factory, Logic Apps, APIs, Functions)
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and monitored integrations

Reporting & Insights

  • Build dashboards and reporting (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, HR and executive teams

Governance & Risk

  • Embed data controls into program delivery and go-live readiness
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, payroll and financial regulations
  • Identify and mitigate data-related risks

Collaboration

  • Work across business and technical teams, vendors, and SMEs
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor and uplift internal data capability

About You

Detail-oriented and calm under pressure, you combine strong data integrity with clear communication across technical and business teams, taking a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach in ambiguous environments.

  • Extensive experience in data engineering, integration, or analytics
  • Experience in aged care, NFP, or government sectors preferred
  • Experience delivering ERP/HRIS transformations and data migrations
  • Strong SQL and data reconciliation skills
  • Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, APIs, or similar tools
  • Experience validating payroll or financial data
  • Proven ability to build dashboards (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Python skills for automation and data transformation- would be well regarded
  • CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and modern data practices
  • API-led or event-driven integration experience
  • Valid right to Work in Australia
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
