Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a talented full-time Sales Assistant Industrial / Trade to join our team in our Mt Gambier Store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a diverse range of industrial and trade customers.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
• Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of th is function
• Further you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
• Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
• You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
• Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
• Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required

What Makes You Great

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced retail/trade setting
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)
• Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasks
• Forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Experience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal but not essential as we will provide product knowledge and training the for right candidates
