What’s the opportunity?

This is a newly created National Account Manager role with genuine visibility and impact.

You’ll take ownership of a strategically important category across major national customers, helping drive growth, shape customer strategy and build stronger commercial partnerships.

Rather than inheriting a mature, established business, this role is about building momentum and helping create the next phase of growth.

Working closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance and innovation, you’ll operate in a role with breadth, autonomy and strong exposure to senior leadership.

What will you be doing?

• Build and execute strategic customer plans across major national accounts

• Drive commercial growth across pricing, promotions, ranging and customer strategy

• Build strong customer relationships and influence through insight

• Partner cross functionally to deliver growth and commercial outcomes

• Identify opportunities and help shape the future direction of the category

What experience do you need?

• Experience managing major retail customers within FMCG

• Strong commercial capability across pricing, promotions and customer strategy

• Ability to influence through relationships, insight and commercial thinking

• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment

Experience within beverage or adjacent FMCG categories would be highly regarded.
