  • Saturday shifts (every 2nd week) - work from home for 6 hours and paid entirely at overtime rates

Shift Details

  • Early starts from 5:30am
  • Last shift commencing at 7:30am
  • Rotating roster including every second Saturday (WFH)

About The Role

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries
  • Providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently
  • Processing orders and updating systems
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
