Are you an early riser who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are partnering with our client who are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join their growing team in a state-of-the-art Norwest office.

- Work from home every Tuesday
- Saturday shifts (every 2nd week) - work from home for 6 hours and paid entirely at overtime rates

Shift Details
- Early starts from 5:30am
- Last shift commencing at 7:30am
- Rotating roster including every second Saturday (WFH)
About The Role
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently
- Processing orders and updating systems
- Building strong customer relationships
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
