The Role

We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst with strong Control Systems Testing experience to join a critical enterprise program based in Sydney.

This role requires someone who can work across the full testing lifecycle, including test case creation, execution, defect management, and coordination across technical and business teams.

We are looking for someone who can operate independently while also collaborating effectively across broader project teams when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases across Control Systems environments
• Perform end-to-end testing activities across multiple phases of delivery
• Manage and track defects through to resolution
• Support SIT, integration, regression, and functional testing activities
• Work closely with project stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
• Provide clear reporting on testing progress and issues
• Contribute to overall quality assurance and testing outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst
• Previous Control Systems Testing experience is mandatory
• Test Case Writing
• Test Execution
• Defect Management
• SIT / Integration Testing
• Ability to work independently and within team environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience within complex enterprise or industrial environments highly regarded
