We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive new business and revenue growth.

What you’ll do

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present and promote products/services to prospects
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity

What we’re looking for

• Ideally you would have some abrasive blasting experience/knowledge but not essential
• Tradesperson wanting to transition off the tools welcome to apply
• People from aligning industries such as air compressor, paint supplies, etc welcome to apply
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not essential)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a competitive mindset
