Roster & Logistics Analyst – 12 Month Contract – Oil & Gas

We are currently seeking a Roster & Logistics Analyst to support a major oil & gas operation based in Docklands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient workforce scheduling and seamless logistics coordination across offshore and onshore operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimise workforce rosters in line with operational requirements
  • Coordinate end to end logistics including travel, accommodation and crew movements
  • Maintain accurate personnel tracking across multiple sites and rotations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation and demobilisation processes
  • Monitor roster compliance in line with fatigue management and company policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements across scheduling and logistics functions
  • Provide reporting and insights on workforce utilisation, costs and efficiencies

About You

  • Proven experience in workforce planning, rostering or logistics coordination, ideally within oil & gas, mining or heavy industry
  • Strong understanding of complex rostering systems and personnel logistics
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Advanced skills in Excel and scheduling systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, operationally focused environment
