Roster & Logistics Analyst – 12 Month Contract – Oil & Gas
We are currently seeking a Roster & Logistics Analyst to support a major oil & gas operation based in Docklands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient workforce scheduling and seamless logistics coordination across offshore and onshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and optimise workforce rosters in line with operational requirements
- Coordinate end to end logistics including travel, accommodation and crew movements
- Maintain accurate personnel tracking across multiple sites and rotations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation and demobilisation processes
- Monitor roster compliance in line with fatigue management and company policies
- Identify and implement process improvements across scheduling and logistics functions
- Provide reporting and insights on workforce utilisation, costs and efficiencies
About You
- Proven experience in workforce planning, rostering or logistics coordination, ideally within oil & gas, mining or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of complex rostering systems and personnel logistics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced skills in Excel and scheduling systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business
- Ability to work in a fast paced, operationally focused environment
