Skin Deep Careers is partnering with a prestigious, founder-led medical spa in Brisbane, renowned for delivering advanced skin treatments within a discreet, five-star boutique environment.

Owned by two highly experienced medical professionals, this high-performing business is now seeking a Clinic Manager to partner closely with the owners, driving operational excellence and leading an experienced clinical team, including Doctors, Nurses and Advanced Dermal Skin Therapists.

The Opportunity

• Partner directly with the owners on business strategy, growth and performance

• Lead and inspire a team of experienced medical skin clinicians

• Drive operational excellence, accountability and service standards

• Oversee commercial performance, productivity and product sales

• Work with premium systems, and business improvement initiatives

• Uphold luxury patient experience across all touchpoints

• Coach, mentor and develop your team through structured 1:1 engagement

• Represent the brand at select industry and community events

About You

• Experienced Clinic Manager, Operations Manager or Practice Manager

• Background in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, medical, spa, or premium retail

• Commercially astute with strong operational discipline

• Strong in creating and designing operational procedures, standards and service excellence for the practice – and embedding these in manuals and standard operating procedures

• Confident leading high-performing teams with clarity and high accountability

• Passionate about premium patient experiences and service excellence

• Comfortable overseeing two locations and driving consistency

• Values-driven, ethical and emotionally intelligent
