Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering a portfolio of strategic projects.

• Drive project delivery within the railway environment.

• Proactively resolve challenges and manage key stakeholder expectations.

• Lead high-level consultations and negotiations with internal TfNSW and Sydney Trains stakeholders.

• Provide expert and strategic advice to project delivery teams on budget and resource management.

• Determine options and solutions to project issues, managing risks and minimising delivery impacts.

• Collaborate with Sydney Trains Branches to enhance knowledge sharing, resource utilisation, and ensure full compliance with TfNSW and world best practice.

Mandatory Skills

• Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a portfolio/strategic project environment.

• Extensive experience in project delivery within the railway or transport sector.

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills at executive level.
