We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading global organisation and support a high-profile enterprise governance, procurement, and operational improvement initiative.

This program will focus on strengthening procurement, commercial, and operational processes across multiple business functions, with an emphasis on governance, risk reduction, and process improvement.

The Project Manager will play a key role in identifying gaps, improving frameworks and controls, and driving remediation and operational improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a complex enterprise-wide project focused on commercial governance, procurement lifecycle management, and operational assurance
  • Coordinate assessments across procurement, finance, operations, legal, technology, and service delivery teams
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the development of governance frameworks, reporting structures, controls, and sustainable operating models
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and cross-functional working groups
  • Develop executive-level reporting, recommendations, and business case documentation
  • Drive remediation activities and ensure agreed actions are implemented effectively across the business
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to improve visibility, accountability, and consistency across commercial and operational processes

About You

You will be an experienced Project Manager with exposure to procurement, commercial governance, operational assurance, or enterprise transformation environments.

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Exposure to procurement lifecycle, vendor governance, contract management, or commercial operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
  • Experience identifying process gaps, operational risks, or control improvements
  • Strong governance, reporting, and business case development capability
  • Backgrounds in procurement transformation, risk & assurance, operational improvement, consulting, or enterprise transformation highly regarded
