Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this role will see you partnering closely with senior and state-based stakeholders to support key commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with key commercial stakeholders across the business
  • Delivering financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
  • Driving financial accountability aligned to budget and strategic objectives
  • Monitoring and analysing CAPEX and OPEX, including risk identification
  • Supporting initiatives aligned to sustainable and responsible business outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance, innovation, and benchmarking
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, providing meaningful insights
  • Analysing large datasets to inform project outcomes and business strategy

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with experience in a similar commercial finance role
  • 4-5 years’ experience within FMCG or retail in a commercial finance capacity
  • Experience operating in a large, matrix-style organisation (preferred)
  • Naturally curious with a proactive, forward-thinking approach
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Confident communicator, able to present insights to senior stakeholders
