Support the day to day operations of a major shopping centre

CBRE is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at The Square Mirrabooka Shopping Centre on a 12 month contract. This pivotal role supports the Centre Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, administration, and overall management of the centre. You’ll play a key part in enhancing the customer experience, supporting our retail partners, and driving operational excellence.
Here’s a snapshot of your day;
- Centre Operations - Ensure the centre is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Tenant Management: Build strong relationships with retailers, manage onboarding, and ensure lease compliance.
- Customer Experience & Community: Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with marketing to deliver engaging events and community programs.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage rent collections, debtors, and insurance matters.
- Leasing Support: Assist with leasing strategy, casual leasing, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed;
- Experience in commercial property or retail administration, with a passion for the retail property industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
- Certificate in Real Estate Practice or working towards it
