We are looking for a senior Australian equities professional with approximately 10+ years’ experience in direct equities, listed company analysis, fundamental research and valuation.

This role is for someone who can analyse Australian listed companies, interpret market developments and turn investment thinking into clear, practical insight for a senior internal audience.

This is not a sell-side publishing role, a traditional advice role or a narrow reporting seat. It is for someone who enjoys companies, markets, judgement and decision-making.

The work

You Will

• Analyse Australian listed companies and sectors.
• Review results, announcements, market updates and broker research.
• Build financial models and valuation work.
• Form views on quality, valuation, risk and opportunity.
• Write concise investment notes and market commentary.
• Contribute to senior investment discussions.
• Help improve how ideas are assessed, monitored and reviewed.

What we need

• Approximately 10+ years’ experience in Australian equities, funds management, equities research, stockbroking, asset consulting or another listed markets environment.
• Strong direct equities experience, with depth in Australian listed companies and sectors.
• Deep fundamental research, valuation and financial modelling capability.
• Ability to form clear views on company quality, valuation, risk and opportunity.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate complex investment thinking for a senior internal audience.
• Commercial judgement, investment discipline and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

This role would suit someone from funds management, equities research, stockbroking, investment consulting, asset consulting or another listed markets environment.
