We have factories and offices across Australia and New Zealand, so we’re looking for graduates who are open-minded, curious, and excited to explore different experiences and locations.

We hire graduates across a range of streams and locations, including:

• Sales & Marketing: Open to all degrees

• Research & Development: Open to Science or Engineering degrees (excluding civil)

• Engineering: Open to Engineering degrees (excluding civil)

• Procurement: Open to all degrees

• Logistics & Supply Chain: Open to all degrees

No matter your stream, you’ll gain broad business exposure, meaningful development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to projects that make a real impact.

Locations

Roles are available across multiple Mars sites and offices across Australia. If you are successful in securing a role in a location different to where you currently live, some relocation support may be provided to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

Eligibility

You can apply if you:

• Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, and
• Will have completed your bachelor’s or postgraduate degree before the program starts

For the Engineering, Research & Development and Logistics & Supply Chain streams, we will accept applications from candidates holding a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485).
