Ventia is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to support school operations at Murrumba State Secondary College.
Perfect for experienced cleaners or current Ventia employees ready to step into leadership.
Role Details
Hourly Rate: From $32.34 + penalties + super
Start: ASAP
Work Locations: Murrumba State Secondary College, Murrumba Downs QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm
With occasional early starts at 5:00 am or later finishes up to 6:00 pm

Key Duties
Lead and support daily cleaning teams
Allocate tasks and check work quality
Maintain safety, hygiene and presentation standards
Train and mentor new and existing cleaners
Conduct site inspections
Assist with hands‑on cleaning when needed
Report issues and maintain supplies

What You Need
- Cleaning experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid Blue Card
- Recent National Police Check
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
