We're on the hunt for a Videographer who can interpret briefs from clients, talent and senior stakeholders and take concepts from idea through to delivery. We're also a team that's actively exploring how AI tools are changing the way video content gets made and we want someone who's curious about that too.

In this role, you will be:

- Producing sizzle reels, branded content, campaign assets and event videos
- Shooting and editing talent-led campaigns end-to-end
- Editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects, including motion graphics
- Creating content optimised across digital, social, experiential and AV channels
- Exploring and applying AI-assisted tools like Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly and RunwayML to accelerate ideation and production workflows
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, project leads, designers and social teams
- Managing multiple projects with strong prioritisation and attention to detail

- 3 - 4 years in video production or content creation
- Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident camera operation, including technical knowledge of production equipment and mics
- A strong AV aesthetic and sharp eye for framing, pacing, design and music
- Ability to translate briefs into engaging visual stories
- Curiosity about AI video tools and how they can enhance - not replace - great creative thinking
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Comfortable working at pace with tight turnarounds, and resilient through multiple rounds of feedback without losing momentum or quality
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
To support & reward your success in this role we will offer the successful candidate:
- A high-performance culture where you will work amongst a team that prides itself on being engaged, dynamic and able to leap over any obstacle put before it
