Supply Chain Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable Supply Chain Excellence Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will drive complex improvement and transformation initiatives across site operations and selected global programs.

You will play a critical role in enhancing supply chain performance by applying advanced analytical, continuous improvement, and project leadership capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role will be based at our Broadmeadows site with flexibility to take early morning or late evening calls as we are a global company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and benefits
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
  • Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, RCA) to drive operational excellence
  • Independently manage projects, including identifying risks and escalating issues as required
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global, regional, and site stakeholders to influence outcomes
  • Support large-scale transformation programs through analysis, coordination, and execution
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, progress, and value delivery
  • Promote best practices and standardized ways of working across supply chain functions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and organizational standards

About You

  • You are a proactive and analytical supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment. You bring strong problem-solving skills and can influence stakeholders while working both independently and collaboratively and someone who has worked globally.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles
  • Proven experience leading projects or initiatives independently
  • Strong background in Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Experience working across multiple functions and sites
  • Exposure to SAP or supply chain systems (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (desirable)
  • Experience with Dashboards
