The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our Sales, Marketing, and New Product Development teams to drive business growth and profitability.

In this role, you will provide commercial insights, financial analysis, reporting, and strategic support to help deliver strong business outcomes across the organisation.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and NPD teams to support commercial decision-making
  • Conduct financial assessments of tenders, pricing proposals, and investment opportunities
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Manage month-end reporting, sales reconciliations, trade spend, and margin analysis
  • Prepare board and stakeholder reporting, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to improve business performance and profitability
  • Develop and improve commercial reporting tools and processes
  • Oversee and support the Commercial Analyst

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Previous FMCG industry experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts or junior finance team members
