Their work influences strategy across digital banking, payments, lending, financial wellbeing and emerging consumer trends, partnering with many of the world’s leading financial institutions.
They’re now looking for a Research Consultant to join their team in either Sydney or Melbourne.
This role would suit someone with experience in market research or insights who’s ready to step up into a more strategic, client-facing position. Importantly, this is not a back-room analyst role, you’ll be presenting to clients, shaping conversations and translating complex data into meaningful commercial recommendations.

The role itself will involve
- Managing quantitative research and insights projects end-to-end
- Delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients
- Presenting findings to senior stakeholders in an engaging, commercially relevant way
- Working with large and complex datasets to uncover customer trends and behaviours
- Designing research approaches and contributing to innovative methodologies
- Collaborating closely with internal commercial and client-facing teams
- Supporting and mentoring more junior team members

What they’re looking for
- Proven experience in insights, market research or analytics
- Previous exposure to banking, financial services or payments research
- Strong quantitative research capability
- Solid experience using Q (essential)
- Confidence in presenting insights directly to clients and stakeholders
- Someone naturally curious, commercially minded and proactive
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings
