About The Role
BRG is supporting an opportunity within LC4S Branch / LCSS SPO, working across the LAND 4140 Communications Delivery Team to support acquisition, introduction into service, and transition into sustainment of new Battlefield Telecommunications Network (BTN) and Tactical Communications Network (TCN) equipment.
This role is focused on supporting the Land C4 Capability System (LC4CS), including BTN, TCN, BMS, and Deployable Information Environment (Protected and Secret). The successful candidate will support Integrated Logistics Support activities associated with fleet, inventory, codification, governance, and sustainment of highly technical communications and deployable satellite systems.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Defence logistics professional with communications, technical logistics, or military sustainment exposure who can operate confidently across acquisition and sustainment lifecycles.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support CDT ILS Manager across a broad range of Integrated Logistics Support tasks
- Conduct and support Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), training analysis, and Introduction Into Service (IIS)
- Manage fleet and inventory tasks supporting acquisition, transition into sustainment, and disposal of BTN/TCN communications equipment
- Support sustainment and logistics activities for deployable satellite and battlefield communications systems
- Work with MILIS, SAP/ERP and associated logistics systems
- Support governance, stocktaking, disposals, and asset assurance activities
- Contribute to codification and cataloguing of Items of Supply (IoS)
- Assist with technical certification support including CES and technical data packs
- Support Defence logistics policy compliance across DEFLOGMAN, ESCM, CPRs, and DPPM
- Work across logistics, engineering, configuration management, and operational military stakeholders
To Be Successful
- AQF Level 6 qualification in relevant domain OR 8+ years relevant industry experience
- Strong Defence or CASG logistics experience across acquisition and/or sustainment
- Experience with MILIS, SAP, ERP or Defence logistics information systems
- Knowledge of cryptographic equipment handling and custodianship
- Experience with Army/Air Force communications environments highly regarded
- Exposure to codification, cataloguing, MEMS, EEV, stocktaking, disposals, or governance
- Understanding of ODCS, FIC, and transition into sustainment
- Technical communications systems exposure highly desirable
- Ability to work within structured Defence policy and technical governance frameworks
- NV1 clearance minimum (or ability to obtain)
