Position Summary

We are seeking a Spa Therapist professional dedicated in performing Facials, Body treatments, Manicure, Pedicures and Body Massage treatments creating a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for our guests. This role focuses on providing the highest quality of service, ensuring each treatment promotes relaxation, calm, and overall well-being.

The Role

• Perform a variety of massage treatments with professionalism and care, tailored to guest needs.
• Deliver facials, manicures, and pedicures to exceptional luxury spa standards, ensuring a refined and premium client experience.
• Deliver an exceptional spa experience, fostering peace, calm, and rejuvenation.
• Prepare and maintain Spa Suites according to operational standards.
• Ensure all Spa & Wellness facilities are fully equipped and ready prior to opening hours.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the spa.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services to enhance the guest experience.

Talent Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
• Diploma or certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
• Diploma in Massage therapy.
• Experience in delivering high-end beauty and spa treatments.
• Comfortable with recommending retail.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Personable character with a passion to build strong guest relations.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
