We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build smarter, more accurate models — and your domain expertise is the key ingredient.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR workflows, and clinical decision-making
• Review and assess the accuracy, completeness, and quality of health information system descriptions and outputs
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated clinical and operational content
• Apply your expertise to provide structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
• Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic, and health informatics concepts for technical correctness
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

• Experienced with healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical thinker with a background in health informatics, clinical data, or a related field
• Comfortable evaluating and critiquing data quality, reporting accuracy, and system logic
• Familiar with the language and workflows of clinical and administrative healthcare environments
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured evaluation guidelines
• No prior AI experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
• Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or healthcare analytics
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
• Experience working across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholder groups
