Job Description
- Lead enterprise-level business analysis across security and ERP programs
- Deliver IAM requirements, process mapping and future-state design
- Facilitate enterprise workshops with senior business and technology leaders
- Document current-state and target-state processes and data flows
- Partner with architecture and technology teams on solution design
- Engage HR, corporate and operational teams across the organisation
- Translate complex technical concepts into business requirements
- Support delivery across changing priorities and funding decisions
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology or IT projects
- Strong technical understanding of systems, integration and authentication
- Experience with IAM and/or ERP programs is highly regarded
- Confident facilitator with senior stakeholder engagement experience
- Able to work independently and initiate work with minimal direction
- Strong documentation and requirements elicitation capability
- Comfortable operating in complex, enterprise environments
- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
