We are seeking a passionate and experienced

NDIS Speech Pathologist to join our Perth team. This community-based role allows you to work directly with participants in their homes, schools, and local environments, helping them achieve their communication goals and improving their quality of life.

This Position Involves

  • Managing a caseload and designing therapy programs to help participants achieve their goals.
  • Developing participant-centred goals tailored to individual needs using your clinical expertise.
  • Providing evidence-based support to improve participants' life skills and independence.
  • Conducting assessments and recommending strategies, including assistive technology, to adapt environments for participants.
  • Prescribing and supporting the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
  • Accessing clinical mentors and leaders to support your professional development.

About you

  • SPA-registered Speech Pathologist with 1-2 years of experience in NDIS services (desirable).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain), and a valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle (reimbursement provided).
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a positive and collaborative team attitude.
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and delivering person-centred care.
