About The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced retail leader to join a high performing Toowoomba store as a Part Time Assistant Store Manager. Working approximately 30 hours per week across a Sunday to Thursday roster, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team, and delivering an outstanding in store experience. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced fashion environment and enjoys coaching and developing others.

Skills & Experience

• Proven fashion retail leadership experience
• Strong sales and KPI management skills
• Passion for styling and customer service
• Experience coaching high performing teams
• Excellent communication and organisation
• Flexible for late nights and weekends
