At Challenges Abroad Australia, we partner with universities to design impactful global learning experiences that align curriculum outcomes, service-learning, employability, funding opportunities and global citizenship development.

We’re looking for a relationship-driven and commercially minded University Partnerships Manager to help grow and strengthen our partnerships with universities across Australia.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build relationships with academics, faculty leaders and global mobility teams
• Develop new university partnerships across Australia
• Co-design customised international programs aligned with curriculum outcomes
• Support student engagement and recruitment initiatives
• Help drive strategic growth in a purpose-led organisation

Ideal Background

You may have experience in:

• Higher education
• International education
• Student mobility/study abroad
• Experiential learning
• University partnerships
• Student engagement or recruitment

We’re looking for someone who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, while helping universities create meaningful global learning opportunities for students.
