Role Description

This is an entry level casual (first year) on-site role located in Cleveland, QLD for a Help Desk Support Specialist. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to desktop computers, applications and related technology. Additionally, the Help Desk Support Specialist will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions to technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent Customer Service over the phone is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Contributor to a collaborative team environment
  • Must have your own transportation
  • Hospitality POS (Point of Sale) experience beneficial
  • Admin experience is beneficial
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Desire to learn or have previous experience in programming would be advantageous.
  • Be part of our On-Call rotation
