Role Description -

You will be working and assisting where needed with buyers and sellers, marketing, and understanding what it takes to succeed in this dynamic industry, using new technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Networking and profile building
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the entire sales process.
  • Assist with open inspections.
  • Maintain a high professional and ethical profile according to industry and company standards
  • Database prospecting
  • Managing leads pipeline.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and
  • In time, you may well become the Agent who mentors a new starter!

Essential Criteria

To be short-listed, you must have the following:

  • A current Agent Representative Certificate.
  • Availability to work Saturdays - this is game day in real estate.
  • Reliable car.
  • Drivers License;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A focused, driven and motivated personality.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and systems.
  • A team player.
  • Possess exceptional follow-up.
