THE ROLE

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences while helping the store achieve sales and KPI targets.

You’ll bring energy to the shop floor, connect with customers authentically, and represent the PUMA brand with confidence.

Your day-to-day will include

• Delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
• Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assisting with stock processing and replenishment
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised store environment
• Supporting loss prevention and operational compliance
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

YOUR TALENT

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings personality, passion and performance.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion, footwear or sports apparel highly regarded)
• A strong customer-first mindset
• Confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak trade periods
