We’re looking for a warm, personable and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lancemore Crossley St., a design-led boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s theatre district. If you love hospitality and genuinely enjoy helping others, this is your chance to be part of a small, supportive team that prides itself on authentic guest experiences.

About The Role

Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience
Respond to guest queries with warmth and professionalism
Provide local knowledge and information on hotel services and amenities
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all bookings are correctly recorded
Answer emails and phone calls promptly and courteously
Support breakfast service and our very popular Hosted Hour
Support the team with day-to-day administrative and front desk tasks
Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellence
Help resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
Contribute to a positive team environment that delivers memorable experiences

About You

A natural people person with a warm, professional communication style
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more important
Comfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plus
RSA preferred; barista/bar experience also welcomed
