About The Role

Join the Grampians Health Ballarat Dental Service and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred dental care in a supportive regional setting. This role is suited to both experienced Dentists and new graduates looking to build capability while enjoying a strong work‑life balance. You’ll work collaboratively with Senior Dentists and the wider Oral Health Services team to promote excellence in oral health and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high‑quality dental care within scope of practice
  • Collaborate with Senior Dentists and oral health teams
  • Participate in quality, efficiency and service improvement activities
  • Maintain CPD records and meet AHPRA registration requirements
  • Support colleagues and contribute to team capability

Skills & Experience

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Dentistry
  • Licence to use irradiating apparatus (radiation safety)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and contemporary practice approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
