About The Team
Our Melbourne Operations team is a close‑knit and collaborative group responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the office. The team currently comprises our Office Manager, Receptionist, and another part-time Office Clerk who work closely together to ensure a seamless and professional experience for our people and clients. This full-time Office Clerk role reports to the Office Manager.
About The Role
An engaging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our Melbourne team on a full-time basis, working onsite from our CBD office. The Office Clerk position is an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties to support the office.
Duties Of This Role Will Include
- collecting/distributing incoming mail and posting outgoing mail;
- deliveries and court filing;
- scanning, printing, filing and photocopying;
- assisting with administrative tasks including closing and archiving files;
- stocktaking and ordering kitchen and office supplies;
- organising catering and assisting with internal/external events and firm initiatives;
- attending to and ensuring the kitchen, meeting rooms and photocopy areas are maintained at a high standard (including emptying the dishwasher and general tidiness);
- providing general office maintenance support as required;
- providing daily reception coverage (including attending to meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering the phone, taking messages, etc); and
- other adhoc duties including assisting other offices nationally as required.
About You
