About your role

We’re looking for motivated, safety-focused Process Operators to join our Digestion Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Shift Supervisor – Digestion Operations to help deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable operations while contributing to a high-performing and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Working safely and responsibly in line with site health, safety, environmental, and community standards
• Identifying and troubleshooting equipment or process issues while contributing ideas for continuous improvement
• Carrying out routine equipment changeovers and isolations to support smooth plant operations
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• Previous experience working in an industrial environment (highly regarded but not essential)
